Our project management team includes professional project managers, certified and trained installers that will guide and plan the entire process, which includes providing the warehouse space to accept the furniture from various manufacturers as they complete their part of the project. Once we receive the furniture, our management team will make sure that the furniture is stored properly in order not to incur any damage to the products. In addition they will keep track of what has been delivered, follow up with manufacturers and dealers on what is currently being produced, and their ETA in order to ensure an on time delivery on the balance of the furniture ordered.
Once all products are received, the logistics of dismantling and removing of the existing furniture, and the delivery and set up of the new furniture must be scheduled in such a way as to provide a smooth transition, with as little downtime and interruption of workflow as possible.
OZ Installation will work with your Company, Agency, or Facility and provide services in the early morning, late evening hours or on weekends if necessary. Project Managers will be on hand during the installation process to ensure the furniture is set up correctly, and in the correct space. Once the furniture is completely set up, and the debris removed, a walk through will be done, with a punch list of any issues that require attention. Manufacturers will be notified immediately, and the project Management team at OZ Installation will follow up with those Manufacturers to make sure that everything will be taken care of in a timely fashion. We will then schedule the installation crew to correct the issues at hand, and provide a walk thru for your leadership team.
